Sports Nutrition


Sports Nutrition is an important part of any exercise regimen, and it is especially important for strength sports (such as weight lifting and bodybuilding) and endurance sports (for example cycling, running, swimming, rowing) to increase athletic performance and to achieve optimal results from the exercise you are taking part in. By analysing your diet further, we can pin point areas that could be improved.

We have teamed up with The Chislehurst Nutritionist, Richie Barclay, to deliver high quality nutrition support to you, our clients, here at the clinic. He is a sport and exercise nutritionist with expertise in weight management, performance, diabetes management and general health. He holds a BSc and MSc in sport and exercise nutrition and is currently studying for his PhD in the field at Roehamtpon University.

Richie is SENr registered (sport and exercise nutrition register) which recognises excellence in the field of sport and exercise nutrition. His approach is evidence based and results driven, whilst ensuring sustainability and long term change is at the forefront of all recommendations made. He has been practicing nutrition for almost 4 years now and has had great success thus far.
